I hope everyone got out and voted this morning or plans to by the end of the day. No contested elections for downtown Cary residents this time, but a couple of very important bond referendums.

Completed demolition permits for single family homes inside the Maynard Loop over time. Of the total number of homes this is a pretty tiny %, but it's trending upward as downtown redevelopment picks up.

We’ll have to see how it might fit into a project, but I worry that putting the Ivey-Ellington there might negatively impact the possibilities of that land 😕
