How lucky is K4 Tribune Drive P.S.? As Ms Diplock visits K3 she engages with & records our K’s as they explore a mud puddle: ‘I made a ball’, ‘I made roti’, ‘When we put our hands on the ground with mud on them, they pick up the dirt & it feels scratchy.’ Thanks Ms D for valuing play.

K4 Tribune Drive P.S. had the most wonderful time learning about Diwali. We shared personal experiences, read books, sang & danced. The children loved exploring how they could create their own rangolis. Our sharing circle on Tuesday will be amazing! Andrea💕

A BIG thank you to Wendy Lee Tribune Drive P.S. for sharing this amazing contraption with K3 @Marvellous_Ks & K4. The children are loving opening the doors by turning, unlatching, and so much more. What a fun way to give our small muscles a workout! We’ll happily share with others.

K is the best place to be ALWAYS! While listening to a Five Little Pumpkins song with emotions Tribune Drive P.S. Ss noticed some🎃felt sad. K. thought it was because they missed their mom to which J responded, “No, they’re sad ‘cause their mom got made into pumpkin pie!”Andrea💕

K4 Tribune Drive P.S. was so blessed to have Ms D’Souza Kylie Danielle D’Souza- Rashid join us today. During our reading time Ms D’Souza helped us pronounce a word in the book Amira’s Picture Day by Reem Faruqi - On Mat Leave; Please Read My Books! Fahmida vs The Creative Process Ms D offered to reread us the book. She taught all of us so many new things.❤️

A fun thing to do on a soggy Saturday … make lemon scented play-dough for our sweet Kindies. Can’t wait to see what K3 & K4 Tribune Drive P.S. think of our latest round of playdough. They loved the cinnamon playdough previously made by @Marvellous_Ks. Being a K educator is the BEST!

Thankful and thrilled to have the opportunity to take a deep dive into the UF Literacy Institute Foundations manual. This and attending learning sessions with Kate Winn and @MmeLockhartLDSB with Tribune Drive P.S. Peel District School Board has me learning and unlearning in the most marvellous ways. #SoR
