Ist so: #OpenData ist dringend nötiger digitaler #ServicePublic. Der Fall ist unterdessen glasklar: es braucht ein Open Data Gesetz. Und zwar nicht einfach für die Statistiken vom vorletzten Jahr, sondern für Echtzeitdaten zur aktuellen Lage in Gesundheit, Verkehr, Wetter u.a.m.

Hätte nie gedacht, dass Raucher mal mit 2 Meter Abstand voneinander qualmen, um sich vor einer ggf. todbringenden Lungenkrankheit zu schützen.

Normale Routine ist wie Kochen nach Rezept (zusammenschütten, Geschmack stimmt lt. Rezept). "Agil sein" setzt voraus, selbst wirklich kochen zu können. Dieses Problem führt dazu, das die Einführung von Agilität alle zum Kochen bringt.
