Today we had student representatives present at the MN Zoo. Students used the Engineering Design Process to recommend upgrades to an area in the zoo and then were able to present their recommendations. Way to go Indy students!

Ms. Furnstahl's students used Exploragons and the Engineering Design Process to learn about fractions! The students created shapes, divided them into equal parts, and identified the fractions they made.

Scientist Adam from the Science Crew was at Indy. Selected students were able to learn about the forces in motion and apply this knowledge while engineering roller coasters made out of pool noodles.

Ms. Wolfe joined her class in the Pacer run! Indy teachers are the best!

Congratulations to Ms. Vetsch who is the recipient of this month's Hornet Honor. Ms. Vetsch is an amazing 3rd grade teacher and we are so grateful for all she does for our students and families! #IndyPBIS
