The Fed chose the big cut, reducing rates by half a percentage point to below 4-3/4 to 5 percent. The economy is getting back to normal, inflation is back down to normal, and so now rates are heading back to normal. The right decision, albeit a tad late.

It's so meaninful being w/ everyone on the phones, doors, communicating with voters. Lots of joyful work to be done. Keep the momentum going! Dems might have to win big so if Donald loses, his lies & lashing out & attacking our democracy falls flat for Americans and the media

Today the DNC is releasing its first-ever ad focused on third-party candidates. Trump “likes” that Jill Stein is in this race—because Jill Stein can’t win, but she can help Trump win.

Whatever the election outcome, the fact that a historically brief period of elevated inflation made it so hard to get this message out is incredibly grim for the future of countercyclical policy.

Local Journalism is more important than ever. But how to fund it? One small town couple is innovating and it might be a model for others. A Posole and a Paper dailyyonder.com/posole-and-a-p…
