This weekend, Tinker hosted the U.S. CoffeeChamps Roaster Prelims and we attended. We are SO proud of our Head Roaster, Brian, who placed 1st in the competition!

Perfecting our coffee is a process. We don’t just toss some beans in the roaster and hope for the best (if only it were that simple!) Our roasting team works very hard to ensure that the roasting process captures all the best flavors for every single cup of coffee.
