This is an important point. Casual claims to autism spectrum conditions in bios, many quite obviously dubious, smack of appropriating difference as a status symbol. I hope I’m just being cynical but the preponderance of claims says otherwise.

Now actual diagnosed autistics will have issues being taken seriously, 2get the help we need, & harder for a doctor 2 help a patient. I saw a doctor &they asked if I was self diagnosed?- that should never happen, they should be able to trust their patients. #ActuallyAutistic
