Coincidentally it likely to rain heavily on 25-26 July so some people will create unnecessary panic. What happened in 2005 was freak event & quite frankly not even possible to forecast 900mm rains in 12 hours. It won’t rain anywhere near as heavy as that so nothing to worry.
