To me it is very notable that the first photo with an English-speaking Caribbean country PM is Grenada’s Dickon Mitchell. If we recall the last 4 months of 2025 — it was Venezuela’s sovereignty being directly threatened by the US who asked Grenada 1st about a radar installation.
