Model School Inchicore’s most distinguished past pupil, Thomas Kinsella, went back to school today joined by the President. Kinsella immortalised his school days in his poem by the same name. Both men here today to open the school’s ‘secret garden’.

I think Model School Inchicore is the most architecturally stunning school I’ve ever been in. It’s such a pity more schools aren’t built to this high spec. Teachers say their surroundings lifts their hearts.
