I don't have all the answers. I don't know what you should read. I can't tell you where to donate money. All I can tell you is I'm tired of being afraid that the next police officer I ride by will decide that today is the day that they'll end my life.

Notice a few characteristics of this moment: 1) it is very hard to write a rule against what these police officers did 2) prior to video it would've been very hard to persuade anyone that they did anything wrong 3) but show people what happened and many are rightly infuriated
