I think time has come for #AmazonIndia Amazon Help Jeff Bezos to change the core value of your company “Customer-Centric” - atleast in India. And this is not based on 1 or 2 days of struggle with Amazon/Amazon support, this is my perception from the last few interactions.
Just need a replacement power adaptor for my RT-AC66U. ASUS India pathetic after sales support, technical support redirects me to local service center who refuses to support / provide out of warranty products. #Helpdesk
