Berkshire Eagle Project Update – All of the equipment for the Goss SSC pressline is now on site in Pittsfield, MA. This is another great customer that has placed their trust and confidence in us.

Emergency Service Work in Walla Walla - We were recently contacted by a good customer in Walla Walla, needing emergency service for equipment breakdown. Because of our meticulous customer records we were able to quickly dispatch iW X-PRT Tom Rylands, with parts, to the site.

Recently our good customer in Petersburg, Alaska called to report their quarter folder was inoperable. We sent iW technician Max Talamantes almost immediately to make the repair, with the assistance of press operator Ola Richards. youtu.be/8x_yd6DNdnE

Worzalla Installation Progress - Lots of action happening on the Sunday 2000 installation in Stevens Point, WI. Here are few shots showing the main drive cabinets with power wires being pulled and terminated for ink and water drives and line modules for chill and folders.

It's like POETRY IN MOTION as the crew speeds along ahead of schedule with the 2012 Goss SSC press installation. The high quality Press in Pittsfield includes 4 towers, 2 folders, 4 three-wide assemblies, 2 tandem splicers, a level-2 control system with remote inking and 2 desks.

Without a doubt the new Goss Graphics Systems (China) WISPRINT 40-40 is a WORK OF ART. The new paint scheme will be complimented with LED lights that indicate “safe” and “ready”. Mike and Armando are attending to mechanical and electrical work on the 7-Unit commercial press.

Service Call in Wisconsin - Thomas Ryland performed a short stint service call in Eau Claire this past weekend. Flew in on Thursday, performed the necessary work on a DGM 1050 folder over the weekend, and flew out yesterday. impressionsworldwide.com/total-services/

Please welcome Clint Lindsey. Clint brings seasoned veteran experience and talents to our team. He is a lead installer with decades of experience. He is knowledgeable with many types of Presses, projects and equipment.

The Berkshire Eagle project in Pittsfield, MA is moving right along with the SSC installation. Mechanical is about 90% done. The iW Electrical team has been on site for the past week running wire and terminating press components.

What’s Happening at Worzalla? Over the past two weeks, progress has continued on the Sunday 2000 installation. Here are just a few highlighter project items.

One of our veteran technicians, Vladimir Kaparchuk is taking a break with the NYC skyline in the background. We outwork the competition which often means our people are going 7 days a week. It’s nice to see Vlad away from jobsite in Secaucus, NJ and soaking up some scenery.

WISPRINT 40-40 Project in Canton, MA - Check out the LED "Ready Lights" on the WISPRINT 40 Units. Our partners are wrapping up the auxiliaries. Next up is the mechanical test run, centerline test and print test.

The three (3) TKS Presses removal is complete. This included (15) TKS Towers, (6) mono units, (3) folders and (38) pasters. Around 3,600 feet of ink lines was removed. Note the green receptacle on the wall for perspective. Well done iW removal TEAM!
