Arriving to Pearson after a 40cm snowstorm today was nothing short of chaos. Stuck on the tarmac for 3.5hrs after a 9hr flight, with 2 planes ahead and one down to be towed, long slow covid test lines, trolly shortage at baggage claims, extra long taxi lines. Grateful to be out!
