Statements don't end famine. Actions do. Gaza and the West Bank are occupied Palestinian territories. It is time to enforce a no-fly zone over Gaza and send UN peacekeepers to Gaza and the West Bank. It is the quickest way to end the conflict and actualize the two state solution.
