TLDR: Unplugging and replugging tuner allows tuner use in certain usually restricted rooms. PG room works, we could just hover and heal. So stupidly simple its hilarious that it hadn’t been discovered, only even tested due to someone linking an 11 year old reddit thread.

First theorized 6 years ago, I'm now the first person (via TAS tools) to skip the ladder in Voo Lota 🥳 This uses a vertical bomb launch, an obscure and VERY precise tech. Even with tas tools, finding the right timing and spacing took me about a week.
