Paul Finebaum To win every game & perservere through an injured QB by winning with defense...it's pretty cruel to be honest. You can't find one example of someone suggesting a 13-0 Power 5 champ could be excluded from the 4-team playoff at anytime over the last decade. Yet here we are. Unjust.

I do not like Florida State, but people pointing to this Orange Bowl result to justify their exclusion from the CFP is incredibly annoying.

Jordan Travis missing = “They are a completely different team, it changes everything” 25 players missing = “I can’t believe this is the same team they thought should be in the playoffs, fans are real quiet now”

The product you see on the field in this Georgia vs Florida State game is a direct representation of what you get when a team gets snubbed from the CFP and you tell the kids the games they play don’t matter. Opt-outs ruined the game.
