We published the report of our 2nd Legume Innovation Network (LIN) Workshop of the Atlantic region. It was focussed on opportunities and barriers of legume processing. The workshop took place in Denmark last year and was hosted by IFAU and Organic Denmark true-project.eu/lin-workshops/…
