Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is organizing the 38th Convocation at IGNOU HQs New Delhi and at various Regional Centres on 5th March, 2025 for the students, who have completed their programme in December 2023 and June 2024 sessions.

The Convocation for Cochin Regional Centre will be held at IGNOU Cochin Regional Centre Campus, Kaloor, Ernakulam 682 017.

Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon'ble Minister of Education, Govt. of India has agreed to be the Chief Guest at IGNOU Headquarters, New Delhi. Dr. Grinson George, Director, ICAR-CMFRI Cochin will be the Guest of Honour for the Convocation at Cochin Regional Centre.
