Many organizations offer #volunteer opportunities that bring different generations together, such as Ottawa Network for Education Volunteers in Education Program and JA Ottawa. Also, here's a volunteer opportunity for students to share their time with seniors Perley Health this summer. #IGDay
Intergenerational Day is Saturday! iGenOttawa has selected the theme, “Connection, care, community.” Think about simple ways you could connect with someone from another generation. Maybe invite a family friend or neighbour to a community event, such as Doors Open Ottawa! 🎶
