Summer strength and speed training is off and running for our middle schoolers! We have been around 70 strong each day the last two weeks and that makes a training environment fun and competitive where our students push each other to be their best. These kids work! #IFACadetPride

We’re halfway through summer training after finishing phase I with our off-season today. These students made perfect attendance, or made 11 of the 12 lifting sessions over the last 4 weeks. It’s not always easy waking up early to train hard in the summer and put in the work! 💪

At today’s tourney in Jewell, IF-A’s Cidni Phipps set a school record with 16 strikeouts during the team’s 7-6 win (8 innings) over South Hamilton. Phipps recorded 14Ks through 7, which would have set the new mark without extra innings. #iahssb
