Got a fancy new tin opener arriving tmrw. So I went to Asda to get tins without ringpulls so I can make good use of this new gadget. Found that there were very few and all on the bottom shelf. But they were very cheap. Also got a Pritt Stick to better secure my Kodak prints.

Whenever people say ‘wholesome’ I think of bread, but that’s ‘wholemeal’

Was kinda hoping the new can opener would be one of those ones that cuts just below the top of the can. It’s not. Reviews on Ocado aren’t glowing but I hopped onto Amazon and everyone is singing its praises. So I think it will be good to use.

I found the quiet fireworks more beautiful than the standard noisy ones. It’s either that the noise normally distracts me from their beauty or it’s the newness and novelty of seeing the displays with minimal noise. I think they are a good thing.

Dreamt I was walking around in Spain or Italy in a purple beret. I was getting a good sun tan. 5 men tried chatting me up. I told the 5th one that he was the 5th one today.

Been listening to Tony Blackburn for 4 hours hoping to hear my jokes I emailed him. The shows have been great despite missing my jokes thus far.

Dreamt I was at a school that had a bed bug problem. Rolf Harris was there. It was a sort of parents evening and I watched a teacher write in fountain pen. There were lots of clothes in the coat hook area and someone laughed at me for putting my clothes there too.
