There is no need for ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine to be in the medicine cabinet of every home You need it if you have worms or rheumatoid arthritis Otherwise no need

Sleep with your lice infested livestock, eat all of your meals out of a communal pot, bathe annually, never take antibiotics, assume 1 out of 4 (give or take) of the pregnant women you see will either lose the baby or die in the delivery. That should help. Also, remember that you

I've been hearing a lot about this common concern: "Are kids getting too many vaccines?" It's a fair question. I'm a parent too. And as an infectious diseases physician who directs an antibiotic stewardship program, a big part of my job is stopping unnecessary medications. I'm

Agree. And...there are more bacteria on us than human cells in us. In the tens of trillions of bacteria, each with dozens to hundreds of antigens. The idea that the immune system that is constantly exposed to those bactiera could be overwhelmed by some vaccines is hilarious.

I welcome skepticism and all the questions. Another concern I hear a lot lately: "It's not the antigens, it's the aluminum adjuvant that worries me." Fair ask. Let's walk through the 2025 US schedule and see exactly which newer shots use alum (based on FDA labels). 🧵

Thimerosal was removed from vaccines (based on anti vaxxer pressure) Autism rates kept going up It doesn't cause autism It never caused autism It's an anti vaxxer fantasy and pursuing it as a cause of autism is a waste of everyone's time

This is by far the most common vaccine I strongly recommend in ID adult clinical practice. As ID doctors, we see some truly severe cases of zoster, with post-zoster sequelae that may last months or even rarely be permanent. Clinical Infectious Diseases doi.org/10.1093/cid/ci…

The AAP will continue to publish its own vaccine recommendations. Until (if ever) ACIP is again composed of true experts making data-based decisions, these are the recommendations we should follow. The health of our nations's children depends upon it. publications.aap.org/aapnews/news/3…

As predicted, the US now faces the worst measles outbreak since its elimination You may think only kids of parents who choose not to vaccinate are at risk This is false Many more people are vulnerable If measles becomes endemic, it puts a lot of children at risk 🧵

If ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine had been made widely available at the height of the Covid pandemic Nothing would have changed because neither of them work for Covid
