Huge shout-out to my 15-year-old bro, Jack, who had an incredible Nationals last week at Sugarloaf, ME and finished out as the top Western Region racer for his age.

Made three new powerlifting PRs at FitCon today, but just missed breaking my existing world record. I'll give it another shot in a few weeks at Nationals in Atlanta! I love this sport!!
