24wks of coaching strength training with my endurance runners online (1x/wk, live: Teams). So impressed with their progress💪🙌. Used a mix of contrast training, plyometrics & Olympic lift derivatives (progress monitoring = volume load: kg). Aim to be back in the gym ASAP 🤞

33 wks of online S&C done with my endurance runners ✊. Its definitely challenged my creativity & application of training principles to ensure progressive overload with home gym kit. We cannot wait until the end of August when we start up again....in the gym with the new kit 🤞💪

My daily commute. My PT students are getting job offers. My coaching in industry is so valuable to my classroom practice. Secured a lump of funding to buy gym kit that will transform our S&C space. Published my first research paper this yr. Looking forward to the next challenge💪
