Just had a parcel arrive from a seller on eBay, checked the tracking list and it’s been through 36 processes before it was delivered even though it was posted for 48hr post office service (took a week) 🤯

Been trying to get through to HM Revenue & Customs since Monday (as website isn’t any use) been on hold or put through to other departments or just cut off for a total time of 3hrs and have run out of monthly minutes now. Fantastic stuff.
