1/2 Haven't seen a more stupid policy or system than Amex India has. 1. They won't accept rental agreement as KYC (for Bangalore address) 2. My permanent address (Jalandhar) is not serviceable by them And the funniest part is I'm already holding one of their card from last 7yrs
