Ran our first in-person event in Sydney. Ngl I was pretty disappointed when I saw 15 people. But 15ppl seeing your content vs. 15ppl you shake hands with, speak to, banter with, and actually engage with your presentation is very, very different. Will be doing more of these.

This girl at volleyball training asked me to buy a cookie. She survived a 30 floor fall, was in a coma for 3 months, took 2yrs to recover. Now she’s raising money to go into the paralympics… by selling $3 cookies. Little reminder how lucky we are to press buttons for a living.
