Patient dumping where hospitals drop disabled people off on the streets because they have nowhere to go and no one to care for them is on paper illegal but happens all the time. I see vulnerable people in hospital gowns and socks with med bracelets around their wrists a ton.

We try our best to connect ppl with street med. doctors + help pay medication co pays, only for the city to have thrown them away a few days later so they need a new appointment and a new refill over and over and over again until we can't find them or we hear they died.
