i did my PhD in a pretty big, well funded lab that regularly publishes in CNS. lab was consistently mostly empty before 10 am, after 6 pm, and on weekends. the way some of y'all are so invested in policing trainees' work hours is bizarre and also based in fiction.

A soul-to-soul relationship is always worth the wait. Never settle.
