“Concepts of a Plan” — band name, called it!

To be honest, having a foot race with wild orcas was never on my bucket list, but I am so glad it happened! Here’s my third video from this week’s killer whale takeover, I hope you enjoy!

Cape Meares Lighthouse might be the shortest lighthouse here on the Oregon coast, but it is definitely not short on beauty.

The orca footage I shared in today’s video is some of work I am most proud of capturing in my entire career. Killer whales are incredible, and they deserve our respect and appreciation. Thanks for checking this out!

I have never observed a halo around the sun that lasted as long as the one I saw tonight. Isn’t it gorgeous? 😍

The #aurora made its return to the Oregon coast tonight, just before all of the clouds moved inland. I’m so happy I was able to see the northern lights again! (iPhone pic for now, hopefully I’ll have images from my camera to share soon!)

For a few brief moments, I saw the northern lights here on the Oregon coast again! I didn’t have high hopes of seeing the #Aurora because of the clouds and almost full moon, but for a few moments just after sunset, it was quite the show! Did you get to see them this evening?

I’ve come to learn that having passion in whatever it is you are doing, Makes the process much more enjoyable! Find what you love, stick with it and grow as much as you can!

Ghost on the Run. This is by far one of my favorite photos I’ve captured of her so far! Coyotes are often unfairly villainized, but they deserve our respect and appreciation.

I hope many of you were able to view the northern lights last night! I went north at sunset and ended up staying in the Waldport area. It was amazing to watch the lights dancing over the bridge, and over the Alsea Bay!

I hope this moment from tonight’s sunset here on the Oregon coast is a reminder of all that is still good and beautiful in the world. 🌅

While working in my garden yesterday I found a few incredibly tiny mushrooms! Have you ever seen any this small?!
