Any tips for a good cooler, about 80€ max (Ryzen 7 5800x) Got a PC from a local store, they mounted a cheap air cooler designed for 65w tdp max and the CPU is thermal throttling. They'll probably leave as it is so I'll change it myself. No preferences between air or liquid.
