Acceleration is a SKILL. Start early! Week 2 for 2025 training & this is part of our warmup. Understanding push angles takes time to master. JUMPERS need sprint development. 8/9 athletes shown here are also JUMPERS (56% of them were US Top 10 in their class last season)! #APXP
