I talked three days ago about never finding an '80s Colt HBAR barrel for my M16A1 build and since then I've seen three different people flaunting their '80s Colt HBAR rifle. Cool.

I've change this into separate M4 SOPMOD II Base and M4 SOPMOD II Mod 3 parts lists. Combining them together wasn't the best idea and caused two details to be overlooked. This should be a better breakdown of each setup.
