Back to the point about communicating…, people cannot read your mind. Do not be afraid to have difficult conversations and be open if you are on the receiving end. Feedback is a gift.

😂 - Email’s time has come and GONE. Don’t be a 🦕. Yes, there are still some use cases. But even those need to be addressed and improved upon. Don’t work like it’s 1999, because it not!

The United Nations intergovernmental panel on climate change released its report stating that “There are multiple, feasible and effective options to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to human-caused climate change, and they are available now.” ipcc.ch/site/assets/up…

As residents of a large metropolitan area, we need police. And we want them to be well trained. Same goes for firefighters, and 911 operators. There is no such thing as the perfect site. Let’s focus on training and having the best public safety team. ajc.com/opinion/opinio…

The portion of the South River Forest that the public safety training facility will be built on, used to be a prison farm. It’s been clearcut as recently as 1999. It’s not a “forest.” We lose 35 to 50 acres of green space a day in Atlanta. A DAY!!!Let’s focus on that. #CopCity

Good to see a reporter digging into the facts and using common sense rather than spreading misinformation with an erroneous headline. You can do better Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Latest on the Police & Fire Training Facility… Conditions at the previous facility are indeed deplorable and unworthy of Atlanta. BUT, facilities are just part of the equation. Atlanta also needs world class curriculum and training. Let’s lead the way on community policing.
