It is the honour of my life to be selected as the The Labour Party Ireland party general election candidate for Limerick City. I will work night & day to ensure that we earn the trust of the people of Limerick. Politics can be a force for good & I will prove that by deed & not just words 🌹
A positive (if partial) step The fight for shorter working time continues, but it’s clear: it is now politically mainstream Progressive policy work is usually characterised by frustration But the 4 day week will win Congrats 4 Day Week Foundation The Autonomy Institute Alex Ferry Foundation & others
Shipbuilding in Glasgow is enjoying a huge investment, with the Janet Harvey Hall at Govan bringing ship assembly under cover for the first time in the shipyard's 160-year history. The culmination of years of work. A proud moment to visit with Dr Zubir Ahmed MP to see it taking shape.

Two great canvasses today with my fantastic The Labour Party Ireland team. Whenever the election comes, we are ready. Let’s make change happen 🌹 #ConorforLimerick
Big thanks to Alex Ferry Foundation for the generous grant! 🙏 With this support, we hope to launch two monthly workshops on stress, anxiety, peer support, and practical resources like volunteering, employment, and personal admin. 💙 #CommunitySupport #Grateful
🏡 Single people deserve affordable housing. ❝Over 400,000 people in Ireland live alone, yet our housing policy is based on the assumption that people should aspire to couple up. Conor Sheehan TD 👉️ labour.ie/news/2025/04/2…
I’ve been around Scottish politics for a long time and rarely have I seen a more effective politician than Ian Murray MP .Look at his record in winning elections, delivery in office and support amongst colleagues. A real loss to government.
