A2: I like the idea of bringing back a classroom hashtag as a way for parents, students, and teachers to share what we are doing inside and outside of the classroom. I’m very inspired by #leydenpride! #SM4EDUchat

A3: Since I work with 10-11yo students, I worry about using certain platforms and how to allow students to participate (legally) other than having them all use the same classroom log-in. Ex: Facebook/Instagram #SM4EDUchat

A4: Tweet Deck is my favorite re-discovery after taking this course. I never really explored it and this course gave me the chance to see how useful it is for following hashtags, participating in chats, and keeping everything organized! #SM4EDUchat

A4: With regards to in-class use, my eyes were opened to how Instagram can be used in the classroom as an educational tool. I know most kids are "over" Facebook (man, I feel old) so using Instagram might be more engaging for them. #SM4EDUchat

We live among heroes in our every day lives, but do our students know this? As educators we need to remind our students that you do not have to be famous to be a hero. It is how we overcome our struggles that shape the person we become. Don't believe me? bit.ly/2VmVInB

Did you ever think of forgiveness as a selfish act? Well, it can be. Forgiveness has health benefits for the mind and the body. With that said, true forgiveness is not an easy process, but when done meaningfully, it is a superpower in itself! ce.fresno.edu/independent-st…

I want all of my kiddos to be SUPERHEROES in their own way. To do that, I'm ready to focus more on explicitly teaching about willpower, growth mindset, and creating good habits in my classroom. This course has taught me to be SUPER! bit.ly/2J5Avxh
