Supreme Court today dismissed application for Parole of Ex-Counselor Balwan Khokhar, who is undergoing Life Imprisonment along with #SajjanKumar for murder of 5 Sikhs on 1st Nov 1984. Sajjan Kumar is in Jail since 5 years and his bail is also rejected by SC.

Jagdish Tytler uses the name of Gurpatwant Pannun to seek discharge in the murder case- Tytler's lawyer argued that as Pannun was the lawyer of the witnesses & as he is declared terrorist by India, so case should be dropped & seek discharge. Next date 12 Feb.
