🔊 While Dominium has recently raised rents 12.5% across the region, St. Paul’s rent stabilization has limited their predatory behavior, giving tenants recourse. That’s why strong rent stabilization w/o exempting affordable housing is critical, says HJC President Margaret Kaplan.
