In our math lesson today, we learned how to find area by multiplying the side lengths together - just like an array! Students transferred their knowledge and made great connections! A small group stayed on office hours for some extra practice. #wyproud

One of our gingerbread-themed activities for today is coding a path to help the gingerbread person reach their house! #wyproud

Cyber students are using @flipgrid to share their creative gingerbread stories with their classmates. So much creativity is happening! #wyproud

Our class completed our first “notice and wonder” math activity! All students were able to participate comfortably and they had so many great ideas! Now, they are helping Gingerbread Village find the area and perimeter of their houses. #wyproud

Students are helping Santa to design a new-and-improved workshop to help them review area and perimeter! #wyproud

Cyber students participated in a Christmas design STEM challenge to create something that reminded them of Christmas out of items from their home. #wyproud

Our class completed a bracket to figure out our favorite Dr. Seuss book last week. Some of the votes were close, but The Cat in the Hat won unanimously in the end! #wyproud

3rd grade cyber students enjoyed learning about watersheds and pollution after working hard on their PSSA tests! #wyproud

Our interactive read aloud time included some more “students” than normal today. 😍 We celebrated earning a bark reward with pajamas and stuffed animal day. #wyproud
