View every game, every match, every situation as an experience from which to learn. Take time to reflect, write down some notes, make plans to address setbacks. We only fail if we don’t learn and don’t improve. We try hard to be perfect but that’s not really attainable.

That’s a wrap on my first NADC NIAAA. I certainly feel better prepared for what I do. Professional Development is vital. Here’s to a great end to 2022 and a more informed approach to 2023. Nashville, I’m out!
