Today we're carrying out condition surveys The Tower of London and on the agenda this lunch time was a trip to the Thames foreshore to get a look at the Wharf Wall whilst the tide was out... Luckily we're not being escorted back in through this entrance though!

In light of recent government advice, with heavy hearts we have made the decision to close our palaces from Friday evening. This is to protect the welfare of our visitors and our incredibly dedicated team. (1/4)

Struggling a bit today but filming the ruins of the Tudor mint with the wonderful Binita & watching a few visitors enjoying our new interpretation in the Chapel of Saint Peter has given me fresh purpose!!

I’m so excited we will finally be re-thatching the roof of beautiful Queen Charlotte’s Cottage this year thanks to a heritage at risk grant from Historic England Here she is this morning looking a bit damp and icy; but always gorgeous 🥰
