Stores are forβ¦issuing! Week one means initial kit issue. In three days the G4 team from Compass Group UK & I, many of them veterans, will issue: 1300 pairs of π₯Ύ 700 πͺ 2000 π and π 700 π and much more. It all goes back to the lines to make use of all those ironing boards!π¬π§ πͺπΌ



A beautiful morning in Pirbright as we start the Training Excellence Symposium. The GOC has opened the event and now Floyd Woodrow is talking about unlocking potential. The rest of the day is a chance to share best practice with friends across basic training. πͺ π©βπ« π¬π§ππ½ββοΈππΌ








This morning, I laid a wreath on behalf of the College at the spectacular Harrogate Cenotaph. I did so beside @MayorHarrogate and representatives from Royal Navy and Royal Air Force. Thank you to JS Mulcahy-James who wrote the dedication. #WeWillRememberThem


This week I visited British Army π¬π§ Initial Training Group (Army) ATC Pirbright, where I chatted about Mental Health, and Welfare to lots of recruits and also permanent staff. I also got to see some old muckers from Duke of Lancaster's in their new home at Elizabeth Barracks.

Double celebration today. Received MBE award by the The Prince and Princess of Wales on my birthday. Duke of Cambridge congratulated me the birthday wishes. Best birthday present anyone can ever ask for. Feel #humble to represent The Army Air Corps and gratitude of being sikh soldier British Army π¬π§




We simply donβt have enough female Physical Training Instructors at the College so we went out to find some from the The Field Army ! Thanks the the NCOs from Army in the North who turned up to our briefing day and thanks to Fox Company & Royal Army Physical Training Corps for running it π¦ ποΈββοΈ πͺπΌ


A fantastic day celebrating the graduation of 450 Junior Soldiers into the British Army π¬π§! Thanks to The Royal Lancers, 1st The Queenβs Dragoon Guards π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ, Royal Air Force, Royal Hospital Chelsea and British Army Band Catterick for making it extra special!
