HPU Derby Lead Physiologist and University of Derby alumni ellie delivered a bespoke lactate profiling session for Derby Excel Swimming Club💙 supported by our Derby Technicians and School of Sport and Exercise Science MSc students. This data will be used to inform subsequent training and recovery protocols.
