At 3:00 a.m., HPS located a 30 yr old female & vehicle in the escarpment brush. The car left the roadway on Mtn. Brow Blvd, landing approx. 200 meters west of Margate stairs in #HamOnt. The female has been charged with Operations While Impaired. She remains in hospital.

While #Argyll & #MacNab enjoyed a patrol dwntwn today, #RHLI spent time in the east-end in the area of a recent shooting that many children were present for. It's always great to see the smiles our horses put on the faces of children esp. after exposure to this recent incident.

Today #Argyll had his forelock shaved off in a homage to calvary units of the past. The forelock is removed once a horse transitions from a trainer to any member of the unit.

It's hot. Don't forget to stay hydrated #Hamont; even if that means not waiting till the bucket is full.

HPS continue to assist HFD Incidents in the area of 984 Barton St E in #HamOnt. The fire has caused smoke to linger in the area. Anticipate road closures on Barton between Cavell and Rosslyn N until morning. Thanks for your assistance.
