Seqera latest “Pipeline In The Spotlight” is github.com/nf-core/mag, a Nextflow pipeline for metagenome assembly, binning & taxonomic classification. It can combine Illumina and Oxford Nanopore reads and utilize sample-wise group-information for co-assembly & genome binning.
