We're upgrading some hardware components in one of our data centers, some partial outages are expected.

All systems are back online and working correctly.

Partial network outage: some reported that site is unavailable from some parts of the world,because of a routing problem by a foreign ISP.

We have learnt that ISP is working to resolve the issue.

ISPs fixed the problem, we have learnt that it was a problem with an uplink at Deutsche Telekom.
