Clifford Freeman is a supporter of local native breeds which are grass fed. Research has found grass fed beef has higher concentrations of minerals and fatty acids which benefit our health. Beef from Clifford's Cattle are more accessible to customers in a new 'Meat Box' scheme.

Veg grown in our no dig market garden, where only hand tools are used and the health and structure of the soil is top priority. Then delivered using pedal power to St Mary's Hall Hotel earlier today. If that’s not supporting regenerative healthy farming practises I don’t know what is!
