Looks and tasted amazing Annabel Hopwood Hall College & University Centre

Our level 2 technical students have been busy this morning creating dishes staring watercress taking part in the #watercresschallenge so many interesting and good uses of a much underrated ingredient. pictures to follow.

Hopwood Hall College will Go Green for Springhill Hospice on Tuesday 25th May. Come along to our Riverside Restaurant for cake and a cuppa to raise funds for your local hospice. Don't forget to show your support by wearing green too!

Some of the dishes produced this week by our level 3’s Hopwood Hall College & University Centre smoked fish canapés, roast breast of chicken with a wild mushroom and chicken tortellini, braised red cabbage & carrots. Apple and blackberry crumble tart with Earl grey tea ice cream.
