I cancelled my flexible booking at Holiday Inn by IHG Preston South with 5 days notice. They still took my room payment. Reported it to Head Office but still no contact or refund!

When there is such a shortage of affordable homes, why are investors allowed to snap them up as buy to let? A new estate near to us has “To Let” signs on many of the 2 bedroom houses built as starter/affordable homes. What can be done? Kirstie Allsopp any suggestions?
